About
Most people are living
at a fraction of
what they are capable of.
The problem
"Normal" is not a standard worth accepting.
Lab reference ranges were built on average populations. If your levels fall inside the range, you get sent home. Nobody asks if you feel optimal. Nobody connects your blood work to your protocol. Nobody shows you what is actually moving and why.
The gap
Tracking doses is not the same as tracking outcomes.
Most tools in this space log what you took. The scoreboard is what your labs did next. Your IGF-1 before and after tesamorelin. Your LH/T ratio on enclomiphene. Your ApoB trending on semaglutide. That is the data worth building around. Everything else is noise.
The answer
Connect the blood work to the protocol.
MyProtocolStack is built to do exactly that. Enter your labs. Log your protocol. Let StackAI read the full picture. See what is working and what is not, grounded in your actual numbers rather than generic advice. On a real screen instead of a phone app, with a tier for practitioners tracking patients between visits.
Why it exists
Built for the person who puts everyone else first -- and is ready to stop running on empty.
The exhausted dad who keeps showing up. The entrepreneur who has poured everything into everyone else. The person who has been told they are fine for years and knows something is off.
A rising tide raises all ships. When you optimize yourself -- your energy, your hormones, your recovery -- you show up better for everyone around you.
That is the mission. The data is just how we get there.
What we stand for
Optimal over normal.
Normal keeps you average. Optimal is where you actually want to be.
Data over guesswork.
Opinions are cheap. Blood work drawn over time tells you the truth.
Stewardship over obsession.
We optimize from a place of intention, not vanity. Show up fully -- for your family, your work, your purpose.
Access over exclusivity.
You should not need a $500/month concierge doctor to understand your own biology. The core tools are free.
Who built it
One person, building in the open.
MyProtocolStack is built and run by Ryan, its founder. It is independent and self-funded: no outside investors, no pharma money, no supplement brand paying for placement in the peptide library. Nothing on this site is ranked or recommended because someone paid for it.
He is not a physician, and MyProtocolStack is deliberately not a medical product. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or tell you what to run. It is a tracking and education tool: it organizes what you are already doing and shows you what your own numbers did. Every protocol decision belongs to you and your licensed provider.
He built it because he was the person described above: told he was fine for years, handed reference ranges that answered nothing, and left to reconcile lab PDFs against a protocol in a spreadsheet. Support email goes to him directly, not to a queue.
