A dose logger records what you took. A spreadsheet records what your labs said. Neither connects the two. MyProtocolStack reads your uploaded panel against the compounds and doses you were actually running in that window, so you can see which marker moved and when. That correlation layer is the product; the logging is table stakes.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes - cancel from settings. Access continues through your billing period; your data stays intact.

Is there a refund policy?

Full refund within 7 days of your first charge, no questions. Email hello@myprotocolstack.com. After that window, cancelling stops future billing; partial periods are not refunded. This is written into the Terms, section 4.

Some are, and a few of them do read lab PDFs, so we are not going to pretend we are alone in the category. Three things are genuinely different here. This is a web platform, not a phone app, which matters when you are reading a panel or reconstituting at a bench. The free plan gives you unlimited lab draws and the full biomarker dashboard rather than capping you at a handful of compounds. And there is a $149/mo Practitioner tier for people tracking patients, which consumer apps do not offer. If you only need a dose reminder on your phone, a cheaper app is the right call and our free plan may cover you anyway.

Is my blood work private?

Your lab data lives in your personal account on Supabase (encrypted PostgreSQL). Never sold, never shared, never used to train AI. Only you can see it.

Does Anthropic store my StackAI data?

Accepted Answer

When you run StackAI, biomarker values are sent to Anthropic's API. Per Anthropic's policy, inputs are retained up to 7 days then deleted, and are never used for model training. We never send personally identifying information.
