What You Have to Agree To

Read this before you apply.

1. FTC disclosure in every post. First line of the video, first line of the newsletter, first line of the tweet. Not buried in a footer. This is the rule most creators break and the one the FTC actually enforces - and the one we'll terminate over.

2. No medical claims. You can't say MyProtocolStack treats, diagnoses, cures, or improves any condition. It's a tracking and education tool - that's how we position it, that's how you position it.

3. For the Professional Referrer stream only: you attest in writing that you are not a licensed healthcare provider, not employed by the referred clinic, and not exchanging referrals for patient-volume kickbacks. This is not paperwork theater - it's what keeps the program legal.

4. No self-referrals, no coupon-stacking, no spam. The obvious stuff. Automatic void, no warning.

Common questions

The parts you're wondering about.

When do I get paid?
Monthly, on the 5th. Commissions move from pending to confirmed after the 30-day refund window closes. So: signup March 10 → confirmed April 9 → paid May 5. Minimum payout is $50; anything below rolls over.
What tool do you use for tracking?
Rewardful, connected to Stripe. You get a real-time dashboard with conversions, commissions, and payouts. No black-box attribution.
Can I be in more than one stream?
Yes. Most Coach/Creator affiliates also earn on Consumer referrals with the same link - we route based on which plan the referred customer buys.
What’s the cookie attribution window?
60 days for Consumer and Coach, 90 days for Professional Referrer. Last-touch - whoever’s link the customer clicked most recently gets the commission.
Why can’t licensed clinicians be Professional Referrer affiliates?
If a practicing MD / NP / PA earns a commission for influencing a clinic to buy software, it starts to look like a kickback under healthcare law. We’d rather have a clean program than a fast one. Clinicians can still earn on the Consumer stream for personal-use referrals.
Can I write my own copy?
Yes, inside the approved frame. We pre-write compliant copy in the Creative Kit, but you can adapt it. If you want to run something you’re unsure about, email it - we reply fast.
What happens if my referral refunds?
If they refund within 30 days, commission is clawed back. If they cancel in month 4, you keep the first 3 months paid out, and future months stop. No surprise retroactive deductions.
I’m outside the US. Can I join?
Yes. Submit a W-8BEN at onboarding. Paid in USD via Wise or PayPal.
