Drop the snippet into any HTML editor, CMS rich-text block, or post body where HTML is allowed. The iframe will render the calculator inline immediately. No JavaScript loader, no third-party widget script.

Resize if needed

The widget is responsive down to 320px wide and adapts to its container. Adjust the iframe width and height attributes (default 620px) to fit your layout. width="100%" is the safest default for responsive layouts.

(Optional) Add a backlink

We don't require attribution to use the widget — but if you find it useful and want to add a brand backlink, link “Powered by MyProtocolStack” next to or under the embed. We track partner sites for occasional shout-outs.

What the calculator does

  • Takes vial size (mg), BAC water volume (mL), and target dose (mcg)
  • Returns syringe units, draw volume, concentration, and total doses per vial
  • Optional vial cost gives cost-per-dose
  • Pure math from the same lib used on the full /calculators/[slug] surface
  • 30/30 unit tests on the math (lib/calc/__tests__/reconstitution.test.ts)

Questions

Is the widget really free?
Yes. No paywall, no signup gate, no rate limit on the embed. We benefit from the brand exposure and occasional click-throughs from the ‘Powered by’ footer link.
Will the widget always be available?
We've committed to keeping /embed/reconstitution stable. If we ever change the math or interface meaningfully, the existing embed will keep working - we'd version any breaking change as /embed/reconstitution-v2.
Does the widget collect any data?
No. The iframe loads our standard analytics (PostHog page-view, no PII), but inputs you type into the calculator never leave your browser. The math runs client-side.
Can I customize the colors?
Not yet via URL params - the widget uses the MyProtocolStack dark palette by default. A light-mode variant and color-customization params are on the roadmap. Email hello@myprotocolstack.com if you need that.
What if I want a different calculator?
